In an essay for Newsweek, "Soul Surfer"  actor Dennis Quaid, 57 revealed his past cocaine addiction and how much he regrets it in a Newsweek essay he wrote. He also opened up about his brother, Randy Quaid, who is on the run from police.  Quaid also explained how prevalent cocaine was on movie sets.
